Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 72 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact us at returns@garogiftshop.co.ke or call 0101604397 with your order details and reason for return/exchange.

Step 2: Our team will guide you on how to ship the item back to us.

Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or send the replacement within 3 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., MPESA, PayPal).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and provide alternative options.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
