We only allow pay on delivery for curbside pickup in Nairobi and only for non-personalized items. For customized gifts, a 50% upfront payment is required before we begin making your order. For faster processing and delivery, we recommend M-Pesa or card payment.
Yes, you can pay from outside Kenya using card or PayPal. At the moment, we deliver across Kenya only. However, if you live abroad, you can still order online and we’ll deliver the gift to your loved ones in Kenya.

Delivery & Tracking
We deliver across Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and beyond.
For towns outside Nairobi, delivery usually takes 24-48 hours, depending on location. We partner with trusted couriers eg shuttle/bus parcels, Fargo, G4S etc. to ensure safe and timely arrival.
Yes, same-day delivery is available in Nairobi for orders placed before 12PM.

Returns & Support

If your order hasn’t been prepared or shipped yet, yes. We process orders quickly, so we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
If the recipient isn’t available, our delivery team will call them to reschedule or leave the gift with a trusted person (like security or a neighbor). You’ll always get an update so you know your gift is received.
You’ll receive a delivery confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp once your gift is handed over. Our team also ensures gifts are securely wrapped so they arrive in perfect condition.
We mainly offer replacements if a product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. A refund is only issued if the item is unavailable or if the damage/defect was caused on our side. Refunds are processed via M-Pesa or your original payment method in 48-72hrs.
